Permanent Enhancements LLC is dedicated to improving the lives of our clients by enhancing their appearance through the application of cosmetic and medical tattooing, also known as micro-pigmentation.
Our goal is to help you look your best, so you feel your best – all while saving valuable time!
Our services include eyebrow microblading, lip-liner and full lip tattooing, camouflaging post/reconstructive surgical scarring, and appearance enhancements due to facial hair minimization or loss, age, alopecia, cancer or a variety of other conditions.
Doctor referrals make up a large part of our client list and services may be covered by medical insurance. Please do not hesitate to ask about insurance.

Bio
Owner, Ann Price, is a board certified, licensed cosmetologist practicing over 40 years. However, for the last 23 years she has been performing permanent make-up and para-medical tattooing. As an SPCP lifetime member, AAM member, Cuyahoga County Board of Health and Bloodborne Pathogens Certifiedand and graduate of Scalp Aesthetics, Ann believes continual education is important.
Sanitation and Sterilization is of the utmost importance to Ann. At Permanent Enhancements our needles are one-time-use surgical-grade stainless steel and all our tools/supplies are disposable, ensuring no cross-contamination between clients.
Ann’s artistry, experience and professionalism mean her clients are confident they are in good hands.
