POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY: A 72-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs. a $100 deposit is required to make a new appointment.
RESCHEDULE POLICY: To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. When you reschedule, a minimum 72-hour advance notice is required along with a $100 deposit.
NO-SHOW POLICY: Any client that is a NO-SHOW for an appointment will be required to pay 50% the cost of the missed procedure before scheduling future appointments.
PROCEDURES
NEW CLIENTS: If you are a new client please complete the online paperwork on the DOWNLOADS page. If unable to do so, arrive 15 minutes early to complete paper work.met
MULTIPLE PROCEDURES: Interested in two or more services or procedure - receive $25 off second service upon completion of first service.
PRIOR TECHNICIAN: Appointments related to work done by a technician OTHER than Ann Price are never considered a Touch-up. A Consultation Appointment is required prior to making appointments involving another technician's work.
